VPP's investment partners made progress at varying degrees. Three investment partners now have functioning systems, and two others are well on their way toward establishing this capacity. Two organizations began with systems for the healthcare or clinical programs they offer and now will include the remainder of their services. Two organizations came into the partnership with fully developed systems. Two others are just out of business planning and have not yet taken this on, while one is still working to establish its baseline.

The Latin American Youth Center has defined its outcomes and indicators by which they will be measured, recruited an experienced, full-time Learning and Evaluation Specialist, designed an extensive new outcomes assessment system, trained 90% of staff in its use, and are beginning to track data and outcomes for its 40+ programs. Initial results will be available in early summer 2006.
